At pack n send in Houston ,we are looking at countries to see what the USPS site lists for mailing restrictions to various countries. We were surprised to find that they do not list anything for Marshall Islands. Basically they just list size limits. The conditions for mailing apply to the Marshall Islands, which include Ebeye, Kwajalein, and Majuro.
We have found very interesting facts about the Marshall Islands. Both their history and geography are worth noting.

The Marshall Islands history dated back as far as the second millennium BC. The residents of the Marshall Islands were then known as the sea travelers.
There are 2 archipelagic chains in the Marshall Islands. They have twenty nine atolls.
Two of the island groups have interesting names with interesting meanings. The first called the Ralik Chain means sunset. The second chain is called Ratak which means sunrise. Not only does the country have a flag, it also has a country motto. The words Jepilpilin ke Ejukaan means Accomplishment through Joint effort..

The residents consider their flower called the Flame of the Forest a symbol. The symbol represents blessings. The Marshall Islands does not have one major capital. Instead there are three Islands that make up the capital.
