When a loved one passes away, it is often necessary to distribute furniture, household goods and other valuables. Relatives and friends do not always live in the same city. 

If you need assistance in moving furniture or other items to various cities you should look for a company that can offer alternative ways of shipping. Look for a company that offers storage alternatives while you decide how to distribute items.  Ask if the company can list items on eBay for you that you do not intend to keep.

 For your furniture and other large or delicate items you need to find a firm that can offer you alternative ways to ship your valuables. 

For some shipments, a blanket wrap move is the best idea. This way your goods are delivered inside your home or apartment.

Sometimes, a more cost effective way of transporting your goods is via freight. The company you choose should be able to pick up your belongings, and deliver them curbside to their destination location.  For an extra fee, the items can be unloaded from the pallet, and delivered inside. The cost savings will come into play if you have the goods delivered to your curbside and unload it yourself. 

Your smaller items can be shipped via UPS or Fed Ex.  If you need international shipping, DHL and Fed Ex are great options. Always remember to ask for your tracking number.
