Tip One: Ship early. Do not wait until the last week to ship. Allow enough time for your package to arrive using the least expensive shipping method. We recommend using a shipping method that provides you with a tracking number.
Tip Two: Make sure the address is accurate. Double check the zip code, street address and apartment number. Provide the telephone number.
Tip Three: If you can ship to a business, send your gifts to the business address. This will usually cost less than home delivery.

For breakable items, pack the box with a lot of cushioning. Bubble and peanuts are good for protection during shipping. You can use blank newsprint. We do not recommend using newspaper, since the ink can rub off on the items that you are shipping.
For delicate items, use bubble wrap and peanuts to make sure that when you press down on the box, there is no movement. If you can feel the item move around in the box, it is not protected well enough to be shipped.
Do not use string or garbage bags on the outside of the box. Boxes are not sorted by hand, but are placed on conveyor belts. Garbage bags can tear, and string can get caught in machinery.
